Omelette salad

The recipe of this summer end allows to combine softness and thinness. To do this, decorate your protein omelettes, cheese or nature with fresh ingredients. You need 5 cherry tomatoes or a tomato cut into slices, about 25 g salad (lamb's lettuce or rocket salad) and a tablespoon of low-fat white cheese.

Arrange your ingredients on a plate and sprinkle with basil and shallot and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
